Backend Engineer - Innovation Team

About the role

We are looking for a Python or TypeScript backend engineer to join our Innovation Team. You will design and ship AI‑powered, serverless services for a fast‑growing HealthTech platform that handles real patients and real impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build high‑impact backend systems and MVPs with rapid iteration cycles.
• Develop AI‑driven workflows using modern LLMs and cloud services.
• Create integrations for OCR, speech, and automation pipelines.
• Improve reliability, observability, and operational simplicity across services.
• Contribute to technical direction and future platform capabilities.
