Project Manager

About the role

Content Guru is expanding globally and seeks an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Gilching. You will lead multiple technology projects, work closely with sales, and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and manage projects using the company’s methodology, maintaining documentation, test plans and quality standards.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and to agreed quality criteria while overseeing virtual project teams.
• Act as the single point of contact for customers, handling communications, escalations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Support sales by contributing to bids, managing project costs, forecasting, and maintaining financial control.
• Implement project controls, track milestones, maintain reporting tools and conduct debriefs for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent.
• Fluent German language.
• Strong experience delivering technology projects, including software development lifecycle and cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage budgets and exceed customer expectations.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
