Bilingual Public Relations Specialist – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Public Relations specialist to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. The role involves interacting with AI models in both Russian and English, measuring their progress, and creating conversation scripts that improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Evaluate the quality of AI‑generated content for correctness, logic and brand voice.
• Conduct real‑time conversations with chatbots in Russian and English to assess progress.
• Draft novel dialogue scenarios to teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Report findings and suggest improvements to enhance model performance.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Russian.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Based in Germany and able to work independently as a contractor.
