Board Assistant (Executive Assistant) – Private Equity

About the role
We are seeking a Board Assistant to support two Board members of a leading private‑equity firm in Frankfurt on a 12‑to‑18‑month maternity cover. The role sits at the heart of the organisation, ensuring smooth coordination between senior leadership, the legal team and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, correspondence and board‑level meeting logistics.
- Coordinate internal meetings, board sessions and project workshops.
- Organise international travel, process expenses and maintain travel documentation.
- Prepare, edit and structure documents, presentations and board materials.
- Oversee document management, signature workflows and CRM data entry.
- Process invoices and support financial administration.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in financial services or a listed company.
- Fluent business‑level German and advanced English communication skills.
- Professional discretion, calm under pressure and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
