CEO & Operational Excellence Coach

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned executive to serve as an Executive Leadership & Operational Excellence Coach. In this role you will partner directly with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to raise leadership capability, streamline operations, and accelerate strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one executive coaching using a structured methodology, delivering feedback and guidance to senior leaders.
• Mentor leadership teams to improve collaboration, team dynamics, and career development.
• Design and implement operational strategies that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainable growth.
• Oversee key operational functions such as financial management, HR, and compliance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive continuous operational improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on talent development, employee engagement, succession planning, and culture building.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in VP, C‑suite, or equivalent senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of driving operational strategies and leading high‑performing teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in executive coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of strategy, market dynamics, and effective leadership practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree desirable.
