Co-Founder (Tech/Product) for AI Health Start-up

About the role

We are seeking a technical co‑founder to lead product and engineering for an AI‑enabled healthcare automation platform. This is a zero‑to‑one venture where you will shape the technology from day one and work closely with clinicians and commercial founders.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, technical architecture, and roadmap from prototype to scalable platform.
• Validate problems and solutions with clinicians through rapid experiments and user testing.
• Build the first version of the platform yourself or with a small engineering team.
• Translate clinical workflows into intuitive product experiences that combine AI automation with human oversight.
• Lead engineering execution, ensuring reliability, regulatory readiness (GDPR, MDR) and security.
• Own data, security, and compliance foundations and design a medical‑grade infrastructure.
• Recruit and grow a world‑class engineering, AI, and product team.
• Collaborate with the commercial founder on go‑to‑market strategy and milestones.

Required profile

• Deep experience building and shipping end‑to‑end products, preferably as a technical founder or early engineer in fast‑moving startups.
• Strong technical foundation in modern AI/LLM stacks, backend engineering, workflow automation, cloud infrastructure, and system design.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into shipped product within weeks.
• High product intuition and understanding of user workflows.
