Corporate Communications Manager – Europe & Canada

About the role

Regeneron is seeking a Manager, Product and Pipeline Communications for Europe and Canada. You will protect and strengthen the company’s reputation through science‑driven, patient‑focused communications while working closely with cross‑functional teams across Commercial, Clinical, Medical Affairs and Global Corporate Affairs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead in‑country communications priorities, strategies and processes.
• Develop country‑level stakeholder communication programmes.
• Partner with Commercial, Clinical and Medical Affairs teams.
• Manage media relations, medical congress support and milestone communications.
• Identify communications risks and recommend response strategies.
• Shape Corporate Affairs strategies using regional insights and local updates.
• Advise cross‑functional partners with clear judgement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 7–9+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years in product and/or pipeline communications.
• Global, regional and in‑country communications expertise within Europe.
• Understanding of EU regulatory, commercial and legal pharmaceutical communications.
• Fluent in English and German, French or Spanish.
