CSA Site Manager – Contract Role

About the role

SilverBack is seeking an experienced CSA Site Manager on a contract basis to lead day‑to‑day operations for complex engineering and fit‑out projects in mission‑critical sectors such as data centres, advanced technology, and life sciences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage on‑site activities for CSA fit‑out packages, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress against schedules and control manpower levels.
• Track costs, materials, plant and equipment to support project delivery.
• Participate in site meetings, planning sessions, engineering reviews and coordination meetings.
• Oversee QA/QC processes, snagging, punch‑list management and package close‑out.
• Produce weekly progress reports, update project schedules and look‑ahead plans.
• Arrange material deliveries in line with project timelines.
• Prepare final handover documentation, including safety files, QA files, O&M manuals and close‑out deliverables.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in site management, CSA installation or supervision.
• Strong background in construction management and project delivery.
• Professional qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules and site coordination.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and capacity to work independently.
