About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care/Technical Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our international customers. You will resolve technical issues related to cloud applications and infrastructure while ensuring a smooth support experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide first‑line technical and customer support for cloud applications and infrastructure services.
  • Assist customers with SSL certificate renewals, license administration and access management.
  • Handle support requests via phone, email and service‑management platforms, documenting all interactions.
  • Monitor, triage, prioritize and resolve tickets according to service guidelines.
  • Escalate complex issues to DevOps or cloud engineering teams and keep customers informed.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain visibility over incidents and support progress across an international customer base.
  • Contribute to improving internal documentation and knowledge‑base resources.

Required profile

  • 2‑3 years of experience in technical support, customer care or IT helpdesk.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Dutch.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle high‑priority incidents.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive, customer‑oriented approach.
  • Capacity to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

  • Microsoft Azure fundamentals (AZ‑900) or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure support.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting workflows.
  • Knowledge of service‑management processes.
