Customer Service Representative – French & German (Eggenfelden)

About the role

Join a leading European debt‑collection specialist as a full‑time Customer Service Representative handling French‑ and German‑speaking clients. You will act as the first point of contact, providing expert advice and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming customer emails and telephone inquiries.
• Communicate with customers in both written and spoken French and German.
• Provide expert advice and resolve customer issues in a customer‑oriented manner.
• Maintain quality standards and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Record all business transactions accurately in the company’s software system.

Required profile

• Successfully completed vocational training.
• Initial experience in customer service or debt collection is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Very good written and spoken German skills.
• Fluent French, ideally native‑speaker level.
• Confident use of common Microsoft Office applications.
