Customer Success Manager – EMEA

About the role

G2 Risk Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region. You will act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for strategic, high‑value clients, helping them adopt our risk‑management, compliance and fraud‑prevention solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of EMEA clients, delivering exceptional service and driving long‑term success.
• Lead onboarding and implementation to ensure smooth product adoption.
• Maintain strong relationships through regular business reviews and proactive support.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
• Provide training, best‑practice guidance and tailored resources to meet client objectives.
• Act as escalation point for client issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Support, Engineering, Operations and other internal teams to address client needs and gather feedback.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused and proactive with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with clients across the UK and Europe via calls and meetings.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
