Data Analyst – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support a leading global logistics company. The role focuses on turning transport and operational data into clear insights that drive efficiency across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational and commercial key figures such as transport data, cost structures and lead times to increase transparency.
• Prepare datasets and build reports and dashboards for specialist departments and senior management.
• Identify weaknesses and optimisation potential throughout the transport chain through systematic analysis.
• Lead or support digitalisation and process projects, promoting data‑driven decision making.
• Act as a data‑focused partner for specialist teams, ensuring decisions are based on solid evidence.

Required profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Business Informatics or a related field.
• Initial professional experience or relevant project experience in data analysis, controlling or process management.
• Strong analytical thinking with a structured, solution‑oriented work approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of reporting or Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
