Director Minerva Frontline Applications

About the role

As the Director of Minerva Frontline Applications you will lead STARK's Command & Control software organization, building and scaling the central control suite for all unmanned systems. You will ensure the platform remains interoperable, battle‑tested and intuitive for operators while driving rapid innovation in a high‑stakes defence environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary engineering organization covering Frontend, Backend, Integration, and Agentic C2 teams.
• Co‑own the product roadmap and feature set while partnering with the Chief Architect on technical execution.
• Drive rapid innovation through a dedicated squad that prototypes and validates new C2 capabilities.
• Ensure seamless integration of Minerva Frontline with all STARK hardware programs, delivering battle‑tested, operator‑friendly software.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary software engineering teams, preferably in mission‑critical or defence contexts.
• Successful track record in double‑lead or highly collaborative models with technical architects.
• Background in building software that tightly integrates with hardware, robotics or autonomous systems; military or cyber‑IT experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to thrive under ambiguity, high pressure and deliver results with “founder’s grit”.
