Director of People

About the role

Voyfai is seeking its first senior People leader to build the People function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Co‑Founders, you will shape organisational design, advise leaders across Europe and drive people‑focused integration as the company scales post‑Series A.

Key responsibilities

• Build the People function at Voyfai HQ from the ground up, including processes, frameworks and ways of working.
• Design organisational structures post‑Series A, defining leadership levels and career paths.
• Act as a trusted People advisor to group leaders across Europe on change management, leadership development and restructuring.
• Coach and develop junior and mid‑level leaders proactively.
• Lead consolidation and integration initiatives from a people perspective during acquisitions.
• Drive internal mobility and talent development across HQ and portfolio companies.
• Support the co‑founders on people strategy, organisational decisions and hiring priorities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in People or HR, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience in a PE‑backed business, portfolio company or multi‑entity roll‑up.
• Strong track record in change management, organisational restructuring and post‑acquisition integration.
• Experience working across group or multi‑company structures.
• Ability to influence founders and senior executives and to challenge assumptions when needed.
