Early Childhood Educator / Kindergarten Teacher

About the role

The Early Bird Club is looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join its bilingual (German/English) daycare and kindergarten centres in Stuttgart and surrounding areas. You will work with children from eight weeks to three years in the crèche and from three years until primary school in the kindergarten, fostering their social, creative and intellectual development.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany, promote and care for crèche and kindergarten children.
• Document observations, maintain portfolios and support developmental tracking.
• Design and implement active, creative activities aligned with the educational plan.
• Prepare and conduct parent‑development meetings.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate on the educational orientation plan.
• Perform basic nursing tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in early childhood education, elementary education or a comparable field.
• Completed training as an educator and relevant experience working with children.
• Proficient English skills (C1‑B2 level).
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• Ability to work in an international, teamwork‑oriented environment.
