Engineering Manager – Agentic Integrations

About the role

As an Engineering Manager on the Agentic Integrations team, you’ll lead engineers building and scaling integrations for Constructor’s agentic products across our customer base. The team sits within the ML Journey chapter and works at the intersection of customer needs, applied ML, product engineering, and production integration work.

Key responsibilities

• Scale agentic integrations from prototype to reliable, production‑grade deployments across diverse customer environments.
• Balance hands‑on customer integration work with longer‑term investments in reusable tooling, templates, documentation and automation.
• Collaborate with Product, ML, Customer Success, Solutions and Engineering to prioritize needs, unblock adoption and feed learnings back into the roadmap.
• Set high standards for architecture, testing, observability, reliability and maintainability of customer‑facing integrations.
• Define lightweight yet disciplined processes for scoping, risk tracking, escalation handling and delivering consistent customer experiences.
• Own end‑to‑end hiring, coaching and career growth for forward‑deployed engineers.

Required profile

• 4+ years of software engineering experience; leadership of an engineering team is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers on technical discovery, scoping, troubleshooting and expectation‑setting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the capacity to translate ambiguous issues into clear technical plans.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating across Product, ML/Data Science, Customer Success and Engineering stakeholders.
