Enterprise Account Executive – DACH (Swiss focus)

About the role

GitGuardian is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead sales in the DACH territory with a primary focus on Switzerland. The role can be performed remotely across Switzerland, Germany, Austria, nearby French regions, or from the Paris office in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and build rapport with enterprise prospects through outbound hunting.
• Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal close, targeting CISOs, CTOs, AppSec leads and VPs of Engineering.
• Demonstrate GitGuardian’s security solutions and tailor messaging to high‑level security professionals.
• Maintain a structured pipeline using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodology and provide accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and leadership to expand accounts over time.

Required profile

• Professional speaking level of English, French and German (Swiss German a plus).
• At least 5 years of enterprise software or security sales experience, preferably in DevOps or AppSec environments.
• Successful track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles including procurement, legal and security reviews.
• Strong hunter mentality with a disciplined approach to pipeline management.

Required skills

• Experience selling to security, engineering or IT stakeholders.
• Ability to execute full sales cycles using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodology.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting and qualification skills.
