Executive Consultant (In-House) - Office of the CEO

About the role

The Customization Group, a global leader in mass customization and print-on-demand e-commerce, is hiring two Executive Consultants for its Office of the CEO in Cologne. You work five days a week in the office, full time, starting as soon as possible. You turn the CEO's open questions into decisions, covering strategy, data, experiments, transformation, investments and M&A.

Key responsibilities

• Take an opportunity or challenge from the CEO's desk, size it and drive it to a decision, then move to the next one.
• Gather data yourself across shops, marketing, production and finance, building access where needed.
• Run experiments in pricing, assortment, marketing or operations and decide the next step with the CEO.
• Screen investment and M&A targets, build the case and run the numbers.
• Carry change into the business with the owning teams until it shows in their results.
• Work with the CEO's AI setup on analyses, research and prototypes.

Required profile

• An analytical degree and first experience in strategy consulting, M&A, private equity or a scale-up, or equivalent internships.
• Fluent English; German is not required.
• Builds and checks your own numbers and turns analysis into a decision on one page.
• Nice to have: e-commerce sense, online or performance marketing experience, SQL or Python.
