Factory Project Manager (all genders)

About the role

As a Factory Project Manager at Philips' HPM manufacturing site in Böblingen, you will lead end‑to‑end industrialisation projects, turning strategic objectives into operational results. You will act as the central coordinator between local and global stakeholders to ensure timely new‑product introduction in a regulated medical‑technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute multiple parallel production and industrialisation projects, covering schedule, resources, cost and risk.
• Coordinate interfaces between Product Industrialisation Engineering, Production Process Engineering, the shop floor, Facility Management, supply chain and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements, maintaining and approving all project documentation.
• Manage internal and external partners, including Calibration, Maintenance and Technical Support teams.
• Lead international projects across Philips HPM locations, aligning multi‑site programmes within a global matrix organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, industrial management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading manufacturing or industrialisation projects with multiple workstreams.
• Proven experience with quality systems and compliance in a regulated sector.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive actions across global, cross‑functional teams.
• Business‑level German and fluent English, both spoken and written.
