Fertigungstechniker (m/w/d) – Präzisionsmontage

About the role

As a Manufacturing Technician you will work hands‑on in a clean‑room environment assembling and testing high‑precision equipment for semiconductor and display production. The position combines mechanical assembly, electrical testing and quality control to support the development of next‑generation chips and displays.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high‑precision assembly of series and development modules under clean‑room conditions.
• Document processes and assemblies using computer‑aided tools.
• Participate in the construction, development and operation of test stands for prototypes and serial products.
• Collaborate closely with the development department to document new assemblies.
• Conduct quality control of modules and create quality‑deviation reports.
• Execute electrical testing on scanning electron microscopes and other equipment.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship or qualification as mechanic, mechatronics technician, precision mechanic or similar.
• Minimum two years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with vacuum components is advantageous.
• Proficiency with MS‑Office applications.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities, independent work style and team orientation.
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation, change procedures and handle sensitive materials.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
