Financial Controller – ERP Implementation & Controlling

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller who thrives in a fast‑growing environment and will lead the implementation of our new ERP system across all finance processes. You will shape scalable controlling standards, ensure data quality, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable controlling processes, templates, governance, and calendars.
• Lead the finance workstream for ERP implementation: process design, UAT testing, cut‑over preparation, training, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Guarantee high data quality and consistency across reporting and ERP, aligning chart of accounts, cost objects, and reporting dimensions.
• Collaborate with accounting to secure a reliable monthly close foundation for timely controlling analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning cycles, continuously improving methodology and timelines.
• Build and maintain controlling dashboards, reports, and KPIs for fast, data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in controlling (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting), preferably in a scaling or project‑driven environment.
• Fluent German (must‑have) and strong English communication skills.

Required skills

• SAP S/4 HANA (especially FI/CO modules) – implementation or rollout experience is a strong plus.
• Advanced Excel for ERP‑based reporting and data analysis.
