First-Level IT Support

About the role

As the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, you will ensure that the Zellerfeld team can work without technical interruptions. You will handle day‑to‑day support for laptops, accounts, printers and the 3D‑printer fleet, keeping the office running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, triage, resolve and, when needed, escalate hardware and software tickets.
• Support macOS and Windows laptops and desktops, including diagnostics and OS‑level troubleshooting.
• Manage devices through an MDM solution (Jamf, Mosyle, Kandji or Intune) – enrollment, configuration, security baselines and app updates.
• Administer Google Workspace: user accounts, groups, onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Set up and maintain office printers, drivers and print queues.
• Provide first‑level Linux server support for the 3D‑printer fleet, checking logs and managing services.
• Maintain hardware inventory, asset lifecycle tracking and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with SiteOps/DevOps to hand over complex platform or network issues.

Required profile

• Hands‑on support experience in both macOS and Windows environments.
• Experience with MDM platforms and device lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace administration.
• Comfort with office printer configuration and troubleshooting.
• Practical knowledge of Linux command‑line tools for log inspection and service management.
• Service‑oriented mindset, clear communication and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory and documentation upkeep.
