Fleet Coordinator – Tesla Semi (Düsseldorf)

About the role

Tesla is looking for a proactive Fleet Coordinator to manage the demonstration fleet for the Semi program in Düsseldorf. You will ensure vehicles are available for short‑term pilots, test drives, and customer training, while working closely with Business Development and service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle scheduling and ensure timely availability for demos and pilots.
• Arrange transportation of vehicles to and from customer sites and internal facilities.
• Procure DOT decals and complete required paperwork to keep vehicles road‑legal.
• Manage deployment of temporary chargers for new‑market demonstrations.
• Lead full‑day orientation and safety training sessions for drivers before vehicle hand‑over.
• Maintain communication channels with customers and service stakeholders to support ongoing operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably in fleet management.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑starter capable of handling multiple projects with minimal direction.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, fluid environment.

Required skills

• Truck Driver License
