Forward Deployed Engineer (m/f/d)

About the role

Rabot Energy is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed AI‑powered automation across its departments. You will work directly with teams such as Finance, Operations, Customer Service and Sales to understand their manual processes and deliver end‑to‑end automated solutions that free up valuable time.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct process‑discovery sessions with department owners to map repetitive tasks.
• Design, develop, test and deploy AI‑driven automation tools using Rabot’s internal tooling (Claude, Claude Code, data stack).
• Collaborate with junior engineers, providing hands‑on coding support and mentorship.
• Deliver production‑ready automations, such as automated dunning workflows for Finance.
• Communicate results, build trust with stakeholders and identify further automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business processes into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to work closely with non‑technical teams.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously across multiple departments.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑focused development tools, specifically Claude and Claude Code.
• Familiarity with data‑centric stacks for building automation pipelines.
• Hands‑on software engineering capabilities (coding, testing, deployment).
