Founders Associate – Junior Generalist

About the role

This is a junior generalist role working directly alongside the founders of an early‑stage consumer healthtech company based in Berlin. You will be in the room when decisions are made and then become the person who makes them happen.

Key responsibilities

• Own operational projects end‑to‑end, from the first draft through to a measurable result.
• Build processes and automations that eliminate manual work, first for yourself and then for the broader team.
• Jump across commercial, operations, product, and hiring work depending on what matters most each week.
• Spot bottlenecks early and resolve them before they slow down growth.
• Prepare analyses and decision documents for the founders, then execute on the outcomes.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in an operational, business‑development, consulting or founder’s office role with measurable outcomes.
• Early‑career generalist eager to learn across functions rather than specialise in one area.
• Experience in early‑stage, resource‑constrained environments where individuals cover multiple functional areas.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and strong English.
• Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals or a regulated industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Excel or Google Sheets for analysis, reporting and process tracking.
• No‑code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n or Airtable.
• Basic scripting or code‑based automation.

What we offer

• Base salary of €55,000 – €90,000 per year, plus equity.
• On‑site work in Berlin, five days a week.
• No visa sponsorship available.
