Founder’s Associate (Strategic & Operations)

About the role

As a Founder’s Associate at Consultport you will work directly with the founders and Chief of Staff on high‑impact strategic and operational projects. This full‑time position offers a unique chance to learn how a fast‑growing international consulting platform scales its sales, marketing, operations and expansion efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategy assignments by evaluating business‑critical projects and helping grow the product and service portfolio.
• Lead cross‑functional project management, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
• Drive operations excellence by designing and implementing processes that enable scaling across departments.
• Manage international expansion tasks, coordinating with product, operations and regional teams.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the founders on time‑sensitive initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent or upcoming graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) by 2025 from a top university in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with a strong desire to make a tangible impact.
• Quantitative orientation and comfort working with KPIs and data.
• Fast learner who can grasp new concepts independently.
