Founding Engineer – Full‑Stack & AI (Senior)

About the role

A founding‑level position within a hands‑on engineering team building logistics technology. You will own critical features from backend to AI integration and help shape the architecture as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain core product components end‑to‑end.
• Develop reliable full‑stack features that improve user efficiency.
• Benchmark, fine‑tune and integrate LLMs in production contexts.
• Experiment with new models and frameworks to improve performance.
• Iterate quickly based on data and user feedback while addressing legacy code.
• Build tooling and infrastructure to support data and AI workloads at scale.

Required profile

• Strong CS fundamentals with hands‑on full‑stack experience.
• Ability to navigate backend and cloud environments.
• Fluent in Python; familiarity with Go is a plus.
• Hands‑on AI/ML experience, including benchmarking, fine‑tuning, and production integration of LLMs.
• Experience building robust production systems and automating scalable processes.
• Startup mindset and comfort working in a high‑ownership setting.

What we offer
