Freelance DevOps Engineer (Remote, EU)

About the role

We are seeking a freelance DevOps Engineer to join a fast‑scaling B2B SaaS platform in the industrial technology space. You will work remotely across the EU, partnering with engineering and product teams to strengthen cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, and improve platform reliability during a critical growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Design, improve and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines, release processes and rollback strategies.
• Enhance logging, monitoring, alerting and incident response capabilities.
• Support API‑driven integrations with enterprise systems and improve data‑flow resilience.
• Contribute to security best practices, access control and secrets management.

Required profile

• Strong experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or SRE roles.
• Solid background with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerised environments such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Pragmatic mindset focused on reliability, scalability and delivery speed.
