About the role

25hours Hotels in Hamburg's HafenCity district is looking for a Front Office Agent. The two hotels share a nautical theme and work closely together; the team is young and informal. The position is offered on a 4-day workweek, with three days off each week.

Key responsibilities

Ensure guests are satisfied and enthusiastic
Act as the guest's contact person for all matters
Be the first point of contact for guests
Create statistics and reports

Required profile

Apprenticeship in the hotel industry is beneficial
First experience at the reception is desirable
Strong communication with guests
Ability to inspire guests and colleagues
