Sales Manager - The Hoxton Hamburg

About the role

The Hoxton, Hamburg, Accor's second hotel in Germany, is opening in the Alter Wall redevelopment project with 188 bedrooms, a lobby bar, ground-floor restaurant, rooftop restaurant and a meeting and event space called The Apartment. It is looking for a Sales Manager to work closely with the Director of Sales, win new business and manage key relationships while reaching segment revenue goals and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive corporate room nights from global and local accounts in line with the hotel's strategies and budgets
• Generate new business through market research and liaison with the Accor and The Hoxton global sales team
• Build account management plans and stay informed on market news and competitor insights
• Prepare and execute sales strategies to grow revenue from managed accounts
• Use Agency 360 reports to review market penetration, grow market share and find new opportunities
• Ensure rate loading accuracy and that rates are loaded and bookable by the given deadlines
• Organise show rounds, HOX sleepovers, familiarisation trips, office visits and presentations for key decision makers
• Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally

Required profile

• At least 2 years of proven experience in proactive sales and key account management in the hotel industry
• Passion for hospitality and a focus on memorable guest experiences
• People person who builds long-lasting relationships
• High energy, able to represent the brand at industry networking events, sales calls and trips
