Full Stack Developer (m/w/d)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Full Stack Developer to enhance and grow our digital platform. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end features, improve user experience, and help prepare the technical infrastructure for future expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain the platform using Typescript, Next.js and Claude Code.
• Create intuitive, responsive web designs optimized for mobile and desktop.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and services to expand platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to turn Figma designs into interactive web experiences.
• Maintain and extend AWS infrastructure, including instance management and cloud optimisation.
• Manage deployment pipelines and GitHub workflows.
• Provide occasional support for Discord bot integrations and Webflow‑based blogs.
• Propose and implement technical improvements to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Proactive team player able to work independently and own tasks.
• Passionate about elegant design, intuitive user experiences and detail‑oriented implementation.
• Strategic thinker eager to grow with a startup and potentially move into a lead developer role.
• Comfortable using project‑management tools such as Notion.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Typescript, Next.js and Claude Code.
• Extensive frontend development experience with a focus on UX/UI.
• Solid understanding of API integrations and AWS cloud services.
• Experience managing GitHub workflows, branches, pull requests and deployments.
• Knowledge of responsive and cross‑platform design principles.
• Excellent business‑level English communication.
