Full-Stack Engineer – Distributed Execution Engine

About the role

We’re looking for a Full‑stack Engineer to join our engineering team. In Team Decide you’ll focus on designing the distributed execution engine that runs customer workflows. You’ll own critical systems end‑to‑end on a team where your decisions shape the product.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate backend services in Python on AWS – Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora, and event‑driven pipelines handling production traffic while leveraging agentic AI tools.
• Work on AI initiatives such as MCP servers and an agentic co‑pilot.
• Tackle hard backend problems including latency, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to systems end‑to‑end, from implementation and testing to deployment and monitoring.
• Participate in technical and architectural decisions, evaluating trade‑offs.
• Conduct code reviews and improve development tooling and processes.
• Collaborate directly with Product and Design to shape upcoming features.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional full‑stack software engineering experience delivering moderately complex projects or features.
• Experience with React.
• Experience working with Design Systems to ensure consistent UX.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Berlin HQ, London office, or Iasi hub (relocation assistance not provided).
