About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join a fast‑growing HealthTech startup in Berlin. The role focuses on mobile development with Flutter while also building backend services in Kotlin. You will work closely with product, design and QA teams to deliver high‑impact features that improve patient outcomes across Europe.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Build and evolve backend services and APIs with Kotlin.
Collaborate with product, design and QA to ship high‑quality, user‑centric features.
Contribute to architectural decisions and guide technical direction.
Optimize performance, scalability and reliability of the platform.

Required profile

Proven experience delivering production‑level Flutter applications.
Solid background in Kotlin for backend development.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Understanding of clean code practices and scalable architecture.
Previous work in a startup or scale‑up environment is a plus.
