Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

AIDAR is looking for a Full‑Stack Engineer to help scale its AI‑driven artist‑scouting platform. You will work directly with the two founders on backend, frontend and data pipelines, shaping features from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python backend services and APIs.
• Design, implement and improve the Flutter web and mobile applications.
• Manage PostgreSQL databases, ensuring performance and reliability for large datasets.
• Deploy and monitor services on Hetzner virtual machines.
• Collaborate on product strategy, translating user needs into technical solutions.
• Scale the platform to support growing user traffic and new AI features.

Required profile

• Strong Python coding skills with a focus on clean, well‑structured code.
• Experience with Flutter or a solid frontend background and willingness to learn Flutter.
• Comfortable handling large databases and complex data sets.
• Based in Germany and able to work remotely within the country.
• Proactive ownership of open‑ended problems and ability to ship effective solutions.
• Interest in the broader product vision and how technical decisions impact users.

What we offer

• €58,000–60,000 annual salary
