General Manager – DACH Region

About the role

Jebsen Robotics is launching a new business line focused on bringing Chinese robotics innovation to Europe. The General Manager for the DACH region will lead the market entry, build partnerships with leading Chinese OEMs, and create a full‑scale solutions ecosystem covering distribution, integration, after‑sales service and innovative financing models such as Robotics‑as‑a‑Service.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the European legal entity, office locations, logistics hubs and ensure compliance.
• Conduct market intelligence to identify high‑potential sectors (service, retail, logistics, manufacturing) for Chinese robotics.
• Select and manage relationships with Chinese robotic OEM partners.
• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for the DACH region, securing pilot projects and building a distribution network.
• Establish local after‑sales service and technical support infrastructure.
• Develop diversified business models including leasing, rental and RaaS to lower client entry barriers.
• Build and lead a high‑performing team to deliver integrated automation solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience launching and scaling technology or industrial businesses in the DACH market.
• Strong network with industrial customers and distributors in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with OEMs.
• Leadership skills to recruit, motivate and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English; German language proficiency is a plus.
