Global Compensation & Rewards Manager

About the role

As the Global Compensation & Rewards Manager you will shape and enhance our worldwide compensation landscape. You will work closely with the Rewards team to ensure consistent, market‑competitive, and compliant pay structures across multiple European locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve global compensation frameworks, bonus and incentive programs, and salary review cycles.
• Support alignment with the total rewards strategy, market benchmarks and ensure consistency across regions.
• Assist with compliance to regulatory requirements, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive, and help design fair, transparent pay structures.
• Implement and optimise the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module, maintain high data quality and drive system enhancements.
• Contribute to global benefits and rewards initiatives such as mobility allowances, ensuring data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders, communicate compensation topics clearly and support decision‑making processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global compensation design and execution.
• Strong knowledge of European compensation regulations, especially the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Ability to act as a business partner on complex compensation topics and drive alignment across regions.
• Experience working with HR, Legal, Finance and IT partners to deliver compliant and effective reward programs.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse market benchmarks and internal metrics.
