GPU Application Developer – Real-time Medical Imaging

About the role

We are looking for a Software Developer specialized in GPU programming to join an international R&D team developing an advanced display platform for endoscopic imaging. The role focuses on creating high‑performance, real‑time video and image processing applications that run on NVIDIA GPUs under Linux.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain GPU‑accelerated compute modules using the NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit.
• Build and optimise real‑time video streaming pipelines with GStreamer, leveraging GPU acceleration.
• Develop robust, modern C++ (C++17/20) codebases ensuring performance and maintainability.
• Integrate automated delivery workflows through Git‑based CI/CD pipelines and Docker containers.
• Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Germany, Denmark and other locations to deliver new features and product improvements.
• Maintain code quality via coding standards, peer reviews and automated testing (e.g., Squish).

Required profile

• Strong experience in modern C++ development (C++17 or later) on Linux.
• Hands‑on expertise with NVIDIA CUDA for compute‑intensive workloads.
• Familiarity with multimedia frameworks such as GStreamer.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tooling.
• Ability to work in an Agile, multi‑national environment and communicate effectively.
