Graduate Civil Engineer – Data Centre Project

About the role

We are looking for a recent Civil Engineering graduate to join a leading main contractor on a high‑tech data centre project in Massen‑Niederlausitz. You will work on‑site five days a week, gaining hands‑on experience across multiple project phases and learning from senior professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of Process Systems coordination and ensure smooth delivery across project stages.
• Act as on‑site coordinator, liaising with stakeholders to manage schedules, resources and quality.
• Perform CSA (Construction Site Activities) works on high‑value construction tasks.
• Support senior engineers in planning, monitoring and reporting project progress.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental standards on the construction site.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to work hard and learn.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• EU passport or right to work in Germany.
