About the role

Wolt is expanding its Wolt Market team in Dusseldorf and is looking for enthusiastic part‑time Grocery Associates. You will work on‑site in a fast‑moving environment, helping customers receive their orders quickly and accurately while supporting the store’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

Take customer orders through the Merchant app.
Pick, pack, and hand over groceries to customers or courier partners.
Unload food and supplies received from vendors.
Maintain accurate internal records on nutrients and allergens.
Keep the store tidy and organized.

Required profile

Proactive, fast learner with strong multitasking abilities.
Flexible to work shifts in mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
Previous experience in a grocery store is a plus.
Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
Legal right to work in Germany.
