GTM Engineer (Automation & Data)

About the role

This is a hands‑on GTM Engineer role at a fast‑growing B2B performance marketing and lead generation agency serving the DACH market. You will own strategic automation projects end to end, building the workflows and data infrastructure that power client acquisition and outreach at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production‑grade automation workflows using tools such as n8n or Make.com.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate GTM operations and identify new automation opportunities in a B2B context.
• Write SQL and Python to collect, transform, and visualize data that informs strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure using BI tools such as Looker Studio or Snowflake.
• Identify process inefficiencies and design clean, maintainable technical solutions.
• Drive strategic projects independently, communicating progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of professional experience in GTM operations, growth, or data analytics.
• Hands‑on production experience building and owning workflows with automation platforms (n8n, Make.com).
• Strong data skills in SQL, Python, and BI tooling (Looker Studio, Snowflake).
• AI‑native mindset, using tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
• 1‑2 years experience in a fast‑paced environment such as a startup, consulting, or finance.
• Systems‑thinking approach to anticipate problems and build durable solutions.
• German at native or C2 level and professional proficiency in English.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for a hybrid work arrangement.
