Guest Relations Agent – Executive Lounge

About the role

As a Guest Relations Agent in the Executive Lounge you will be the first point of contact for international VIP and regular guests, delivering personalised service and ensuring a memorable stay at Hilton Berlin.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and act as a friendly liaison for VIP and regular guests.
• Perform standard front‑office duties including check‑in, check‑out, room assignments and billing.
• Handle guest complaints confidently and maintain the customer loyalty programme.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in line with HACCP guidelines.
• Oversee smooth operation of the lounge, including buffet and beverage stations.
• Carry out general administrative and concierge tasks and coordinate with all hotel departments.

Required profile

• Completed hospitality training and front‑desk experience.
• Fluent German and good English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication, well‑groomed appearance and strong work ethic.
• Organisational and time‑management abilities with a keen eye for quality.
• Interest in supporting social projects is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
