Head of Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Head of Marketing to lead the next growth phase of a successful SaaS product with an international user base. Based in Germany and operating in a remote‑first environment, you will own the full go‑to‑market strategy, combining strategic vision with day‑to‑day execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy covering acquisition, brand, and product‑led growth.
• Manage budget allocation, paid acquisition investments, freelancers, and strategic projects.
• Expand growth channels beyond organic acquisition, creating sustainable traffic and revenue sources.
• Lead product‑led initiatives that turn feature launches into measurable acquisition, activation, and retention outcomes.
• Coach and develop a small senior marketing team, setting priorities and ensuring high‑quality execution.
• Introduce AI‑driven workflows, automation, and tools to improve research, production, experimentation, and communication.
• Build strategic ecosystem partnerships to broaden reach and market authority.
• Increase brand visibility through thought leadership, community engagement, creator partnerships, and content initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven growth‑focused marketing leader with a track record of multi‑channel strategy and measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and the ability to move quickly in a changing environment.
• Experience in SaaS or digital product markets is preferred.
