HR Business Partner – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

Quadient is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders and employees across German‑speaking and international markets. In this 12‑month fixed‑term position you will act as a trusted advisor, aligning people initiatives with business objectives while ensuring compliance with local legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational change and workforce planning.
• Support talent management, succession planning, employee development and retention programs.
• Coach leaders on people‑related matters and leadership effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with German labor law and Quadient HR policies.
• Analyze HR metrics and deliver insights to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of German employment law.
• Experience working in an international, matrixed environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
