HR Generalist – Recruitment & Onboarding

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to become the primary point of contact for all hiring and onboarding activities. Based in our Munich studio, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to attract, select, and integrate talent for an ambitious AAA title.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: create job descriptions, post listings, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, extend offers, and oversee onboarding.
• Develop and execute hiring strategies while maintaining strong employer branding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment plans.
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and ensure a smooth decision‑making process.
• Prepare employment contracts and collaborate with leadership on compensation packages.
• Support new hires throughout their onboarding journey and help refine internal HR processes as the company scales.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle HR experience, preferably in tech or gaming.
• Native German speaker with fluent English (C1 or higher).
• Legal right to work in the EU and ability to work onsite in Munich.
