About the role
We are establishing a new team in Raunheim and need a Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with business leaders, supporting rapid growth in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs and deliver HR solutions aligned with company objectives.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Germany, ensuring timely hiring of high‑quality candidates.
- Develop employer branding and maintain a talent pipeline for future growth.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee‑relations issues and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
- Coordinate with works council, local authorities, and external stakeholders as required.
- Oversee payroll vendor relationships, monitor compensation practices, and provide salary benchmarking guidance.
- Support performance‑management frameworks and initiate training activities aligned with business priorities.
- Handle daily HR operations, including visa applications, supplier management, and other administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Solid understanding of German labour law and HR compliance.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in an independent HR role.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trust across local and international teams, and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working in cross‑cultural settings and willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
