Influencer Marketing Manager

Every. is a fast‑growing plant‑based nutrition startup looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to drive growth in the DACH market. You will manage influencer collaborations from concept to execution, working closely with performance marketing, brand, and e‑commerce teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute the influencer marketing strategy, including paid, barter, and affiliate collaborations.
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers, managers, and agencies; identify new talent and negotiate deals.
• Contribute to creative briefs and campaign ideas to help influencers authentically showcase the brand.
• Plan, implement, and optimise influencer campaigns with a performance‑driven mindset.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with performance marketing, content, and brand teams to maximise impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing.
• Experience in a relevant industry or subscription business model is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English; Dutch or French is a bonus.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Understanding of performance‑marketing metrics and their link to influencer campaigns.
• Autonomous, creative, and collaborative mindset.
