Interim Senior Brand Designer (Full- or Part-Time)

About the role

Edurino is looking for an Interim Senior Brand Designer to lead the visual identity of its innovative early‑childhood EdTech platform. This maternity‑cover position is offered on a full‑ or part‑time basis and will be responsible for translating marketing needs into high‑quality visual stories that inspire curiosity and joy in children.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design execution across all marketing and commercial channels, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Maintain and evolve the Edurino visual brand identity, keeping the brand fresh and engaging.
• Conceptualise and create visual assets for major campaigns, seasonal events, and B2B materials.
• Produce high‑converting digital and print assets for performance marketing, CRM, web, and other touchpoints.
• Provide art direction and coordinate external freelance talent during peak periods.
• Integrate generative AI and advanced design tools to accelerate production without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to intake requests and guarantee visual consistency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of brand or creative design experience in a fast‑moving B2C environment.
• Proven ability to balance high‑level brand strategy with hands‑on execution.
• Strong project‑management skills, able to prioritise multiple requests and meet tight deadlines.
• Business‑level fluency in English (C1+), with excellent stakeholder communication.
