Senior Product Designer – Platform Unification

About the role

We are building an AI‑Copilot that makes privacy and security compliance invisible for operators and valuable for executives. As a Senior Product Designer you will improve existing solutions and unify our Security & Compliance products into a single platform for thousands of users.

Key responsibilities

• Define information architecture and interaction models to merge two product experiences into one platform.
• Evolve the design system across the product line, improving consistency without breaking existing functionality.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and leadership to decide what to unify now versus later, validated by customer evidence.
• Design end‑to‑end experiences, including AI‑enabled workflows, from discovery to high‑fidelity UI and handoff assets.
• Document design rationale, create annotated flows, decision logs and deliverables in Jira and Confluence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS/B2B with a portfolio showing strong UX thinking, systemic approaches and visual craft.
• Proven experience unifying separate products (e.g., design system migration, information architecture overhaul) at platform scale.
• Business‑focused mindset, connecting design decisions to revenue, retention and customer impact.
• Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces, drive discovery and prioritize high‑impact outcomes.
• Confident collaboration with customers, product, engineering and C‑level stakeholders.
