Junior Product Designer (Senior optional)

About the role

A fast‑growing Series A B2B SaaS startup in the procurement intelligence space is looking for a Junior Product Designer. You will join a small, cross‑functional team to ship features and shape UX patterns for a new B2B product category.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end product flows and prototypes that ship to customers within weeks.
• Define how AI agents surface work, how humans review it, and how trust is built between them.
• Prototype in Figma and other tools to communicate ideas quickly.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to reduce handoff friction.
• Review pull requests and apply final visual and interaction tweaks for shipped quality.
• Raise visual and interaction standards and contribute to the design system.
• Own features from discovery through launch and iterate based on feedback.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped work, preferably in B2B, complex workflows, or data‑heavy products.
• Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals with attention to design‑system consistency.
• Understanding of the design‑to‑development lifecycle and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Daily use of AI tools for ideation and prototyping.
• Systems thinking and a bias for shipping over polish in ambiguous situations.
