IT Support Specialist

About the role

The IT Support Specialist will ensure the stability, efficiency and reliability of the IT workplace environment for LYNX’s international operations. You will provide first‑ and second‑line support to employees across multiple locations, both on‑site and remotely, helping them stay productive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for hardware, software and system issues.
• Manage tickets and service requests, prioritising and tracking them to timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot technical problems independently or escalate to vendors or internal specialists.
• Install, configure and maintain workstations, laptops and peripherals.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and oversee lifecycle management.
• Document incidents, solutions and system configurations in internal knowledge bases.
• Perform basic administration of client‑server infrastructure (Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, Microsoft 365).
• Contribute to standardisation and optimisation of workplace setups and IT processes.
• Assist in evaluating and procuring hardware and software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to other IT team members and stakeholders.
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to systems and support workflows.

Required profile

• Proactive, service‑oriented IT professional with strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and a structured way of working.
• Minimum 3 years experience in IT Support, Service Desk or End‑User Support.
• Solid knowledge of Windows‑based environments and endpoint management.
• Experience with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and basic network issues.
